Business Continuity/Disaster recovery

- Identification of critical business functions and assessing the impact of business disruption or other loss
- Documenting all skills, inventories, software needs, and manual procedure needed for recovery (including external resources that were required)
- Identification of risk mitigation programs based on the analysis of personnel resources as well as environmental, natural and human risks
- Training for staff on required actions
