Job Description:
The position would be responsible for client interaction on a regular basis, growing and nurturing the existing relationships and thereby increasing the volume of business. This position will be a key member of the clients Operations team and will be handling a team of over 20+. Responsible for achievement of the financial targets for the process. Should have a natural flair for Leading people with an ability to inculcate good Team spirit. Lead and motivate team to facilitate achievement of SLA. Responsible for building and training the team and managing performance on an ongoing basis. Create a participative work environment and thereby facilitate employee satisfaction. Pro-actively anticipate customer needs thereby ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency. Build strong partnership with customers to ensure operational cohesion and effective foundation for future growth.
Desired Profile:
Qualified CA with about 4 to 10 years of experience in operations role for Finance & Accounting, BPO / Shared services. Knowledge of Accounting systems / Laws of US/UK/APAC (GAAP) would be an added advantage. Keen business acumen backed by strong people management skills. Excellent client relationship skills. Objective assessment of business situations and needs. Result orientation within quality and cost parameters. Exposure in handling large multi-process operations.
Accounts Officer
Qualification: CA – Inter / B.Com
Experience: 2 – 10 years
Job Description:
General ledger accounting including preparation of tax returns. Good exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable. Knowledge of Accounting Packages like Tally, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage is desirable. They should possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
Associate & Process Agent
Graduates or Post Graduates with 1 – 4 years of experience. Should have very good keyboard & MS Office skills.
