SBS has access to one of the best training facilities with technologically advanced infrastructure and an excellent in-house training center manned by appropriately trained and qualified faculty enabling superior training delivery. Training is not an event but an on-going activity at SBS and is imparted across all levels for recharging and re-inventing. Training is considered as one of the key competitive differentiator for SBS. In addition to mandatory induction training a combination of technical and personal development skills training is provided to employees within SBS.

Initially, employees undergo induction training, wherein they are introduced to the Company’s culture and value systems. Subsequently, they undergo a simulated processing experience, wherein they process various activities using dummy data. This is followed by on-the-job training programme, where the Team Leaders give necessary instructions and guidance on the various stages of the process. A new recruit is given less critical activities to begin with, before being assigned critical activities.
