Rajesh Venkat has over 15 years experience in retail finance and BPO, and heads up the company from its Head Office in Chennai. Rajesh is passionate that clients enjoy the full advantages of BPO, with the best possible security, and that SBS treats clients’ business as carefully as its own. He is also committed to ensuring our people have the best possible level of skills and training for the specific markets that SBS operates in, so that SBS meets every demanded level of certification and quality assurance.

Prior to taking on the role of CEO of Sundaram Business Services, Rajesh worked on strategic initiatives for the Sundaram Finance Group. In the past, he has worked with GE’s consumer finance business in India, in areas such as risk management, underwriting, sales and operations.

Rajesh is a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters in Management.

Harish pioneered the offshoring model for accountants in Australia, and is responsible for growing the business in new markets. In 2002 he set up a boutique back office processing centre in Chennai, India to provide accounting and tax services for accountants in Australia. This continued until 2004 when he joined Sundaram Business Services to setup Sundaram’s outsourcing operations in Australia.

Outside of work, Harish has always been an active promoter of the Australia-India relationship, including roles as: Victorian President (2005-2009), Australia India Business Council; and National Chairman (2010), Australia India Business Council.

Harish has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Australia’s Monash University, and Bachelor degrees in Commerce & Science from the Australian National University.

Renga has more than 12 years industry experience in the fields of BPO, Information Technology solutions and Business Analytics and heads a team with a strong track record of improving clients work flow processes. Renga has worked in India and Australia and is passionate about preparing our team for working internationally.

Prior to joining SBS in 2011, Renga was with Aegis BPO in Australia as Associate Vice President – Business Analytics Australia. Previous positions include an instrumental role in building a Lending System for HDB Financial Services Limited, part of HDFC Bank, a role managing IT projects at GE Money and transaction processing at GENPACT.

Renga holds Diploma in Management from ICFAI University and is a COPC Certified Registered Coordinator.

Daniel has over 10 years consulting experience in business operations improvement and outsourcing for European and US multinationals, and helping drive Sundaram Business Services' growth in the UK.

Daniel previously worked as a Consultant at Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Kumar heads our HR & Admin Team. Kumar has more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources domain. He started his HR career in 1998 at Sundaram-Clayton Limited. Prior to joining SBS in 2005, Kumar was with Shasun Chemicals & Drugs as Manager – Corporate HR.

Kumar holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bangalore, and is a Philosophy Graduate from University College, Trivandrum.
